If you are having the regular monday dig and ride I don't need to be told about that.
If you are doing other stuff like getting machines in there, or using power equipment like brush cutters and chain saws I need to be notified by email and phone.

posting an event and inviting me wont quite cover it sorry guys.
I'm never going to say no to doing any work, I just need to be informed for health and safety reasons.
as far as accidents go, if you have an accident that requires medical attention, you just need to call the WCC contact centre (4994444) and tell them what happened. this is so we can keep track of things across the city and is not specific to the bmx track.
but what if you have over protective parents who say "ohh we need to go to the doctor and check that out and make sure its not infected" do we need to contact the wcc
